A nice place for exploring Lynmouth. Fantastic proprietor running the hotel. We had a large double room with a little balcony. Moreover, the free Wi-Fi was available.

The accommodation was quiet and very clean, the ambience was relaxed. The vegetarian breakfast included plenty of meals. Loved the economy double room, felt like we were home. 5 minutes walk to bus station...
